Mike’s passion for gastronomy began in his earliest years, where it was clearly apparent that his vocation lies in the culinary arts. Training in two of London’s definitive fine dining restaurants, Le Gavroche and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, where his skills were honed under the tutelage of celebrated chefs Michel Roux Jr and Mr Ramsay himself.Since that time Mike has worked in some of the world’s finest restaurants including prestigious Australian restaurants where he’s worked alongside chefs such as Ben Shewry, Andrew McConnell, Shannon Bennett.
Mike Reid is also prominent on TV across both countries – in the UK he is a Judge alongside Michel Roux Jr on the new prime-time Channel 4 and Netflix series “Five Star Kitchen”. In Australia, Mike has recently been announced as the new co-host of Channel 10’s hot daytime show Good Chef Bad Chef.
Today, Mike Reid is Culinary Director of the Rare Restaurant Group in the UK and Consultant Chef to some of Australia’s finest restaurants. His family life is split between the UK and Australia with his wife and two young children living in Melbourne but many work commitments also in London.

Jo is a regular on television and is the author of eight published books and four audio books, covering a range of topics including gut, brain and heart health. Jo is an experienced speaker and MC, with over one million views of her 2017 TedX talk What to Eat for Real Change.

MasterChef Australia Semi-Finalist Tim Bone quickly became one of his season’s most popular contestants with his flair for food and down-to-earth personality, making it into the top four in Season 11, 2019. Inspired by Jamie Oliver, Stephanie Alexander, Maggie Beer and the late Anthony Bourdain, Tim enjoys cooking with big, hearty flavours and creating good, honest food, packed full of flavour.
Since his time on MasterChef, Tim has entered the hospitality and media landscape, making regular TV appearances, performing cooking demonstrations and guest speaking at major events
A doting husband and father of two young boys, Tim is the proud owner and founder of Tim’s Toasties, a mobile gourmet toasted sandwich business with a strong emphasis on showcasing seasonal, local and regional produce from Ballarat and surrounds. Tim is passionate about serving up generous toasties with delicious and inventive flavour combinations, with names inspired by film and music - two of Tim’s other passions in life. Taking the humble toastie to the next level!
Being a new host on Good Chef Bad Chef is an absolute dream come true for Tim, who has been a fan of the show for many years.

Jacqueline Alwill is an Accredited Nutritionist and mum of 3 with over 15 years experience in the nutrition and health industry, working primarily in women's health. She is passionate about simplifying complex nutrition science to ensure good nutrition is accessible and achievable for all.
Jacqueline creates digital nutrition courses and products (available on brownpapernutrition.com), runs corporate and large-scale event wellbeing workshops and retreats, develops whole food snack products (stocked nationally in Australia), and features frequently in the media. Outside of her work, you'll find her on the beach or in the park with her kids, hiking in the Australian bush, and, of course, eating and making delicious nourishing food.
