Acai Bowl

Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

2 packets (200g) unsweetened frozen acai puree, thawed under warm water
1 large banana, frozen peeled
½ cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup almond milk, you may need a little more but remember we want to keep this thick

Toppings (use a selection of your favourite toppings)
Hemp seeds
Almond butter
Coconut flakes
No added sugar jam
Buckinis
Honey
Passionfruit
Mango
Kiwi
Banana
Edible flowers

Method

In a blender blitz acai, banana, blueberries and almond milk until smooth consistency.
Pour mixture into two chilled bowls.
Add selection of your favourite toppings.
