Acai Breakfast Trifle

Serves 10

Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

6 cups Greek yoghurt
1 cup acai powder
¼ cup honey
3 cups homemade granola
2 cups blueberries
2 cups raspberries
2 cups blackberries
4 bananas, coins
½ cup hemp seeds

To serve
Cacao nibs
Mint leaves
Coconut flakes

Method

In a large bowl whip the yoghurt, acai and honey with a hand mixer for about 3-4 minutes until the yoghurt is light and airy. 

In a large glass trifle dish layer the whipped acai yogurt, bananas and granola and berries starting with a yoghurt layer.

Sprinkle with cacao nibs, mint leaves and coconut flakes.

Store in the fridge before serving.
