Black Rice Classic Pizza

Serves 1-2

Time 25 minutes

Ingredients

1 black rice pizza base
¼ cup passata
10 kalamata olives
1 zucchini, very thinly sliced
1 block feta, cut into cubes
¼ cup parmesan
Black pepper
120g rocket
Chilli oil

Method

Preheat oven to 220°C.

Spread tomato passata across the black rice pizza base. 

Add zucchini, feta, olives and top with parmesan and freshly ground black pepper. Spread the parmesan to the edges to get a cheesy crust. 

Place the pizza on a lined pizza tray. Bake for 15 minutes. 

To with rocket and chilli oil to serve.
