Black Rice Crusted Cheesecake

Ingredients
For the base
2 black rice pizza bases
100g butter
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp sugar
For the cake mixture
500g cream cheese
250g sour cream
3/4 cup (175g) caster sugar
3 eggs
100g dark chocolate, melted
Method
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Add rice bases to a food processor and pulse until crumbs form. Add melted butter, sugar and cocoa, and process until combined. Use the back of a spoon to press the crumbs up the sides and over the base of a 22cm springform pan that has been lined with baking paper.
Process cream cheese, sour cream, caster sugar and eggs in a food processor. Pour the mixture over the base. Pour the melted chocolate over the cake mixture and use a spoon to marvel through.
Place on a baking tray, bake for 1 hour or until mixture is cooked through.
Cool slightly in the oven. Refrigerate until set.
