Blue Swimmer Crab with Chilli Mayo

Serves 4

Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

1 loaf sourdough bread 

4 blue swimmer crab

½ cup kewpie mayonnaise

1 tsp sriracha chilli sauce

1 lemon

Method

Place crab in a pot of salted boiling water. Cook until red in colour on the shell.

Mix mayonnaise and sriracha together to make chilli mayo. Serve cooked crab with crusty torn sourdough bread and lemon wedges.
