Cheesy Bechamel Sauce

Serves make 2L

Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

200g butter

200g plain flour 

2L milk 

200g Parmesan cheese, grated

Method

Melt butter in a hot pan over medium-high heat. 

Once the butter has just melted, add the flour. Stir through until it’s thickened up and forms a roux. 

Whisk in the milk, little by little at a time, until it’s all well combined and forms a smooth and creamy sauce. 

Fold in the parmesan and stir until it’s all melted. 

Serve with cauliflower, pasta and anything of your choice.
