Ingredients

6 slices vegan cheddar cheese

2 cloves garlic, microplaned

2 slices crusty bread

1 tsp extra virgin olive oil 

1 tbsp parsley, finely sliced

Method

Drizzle olive oil over the bread. 

Spread garlic evenly over the bread. Top with the cheese slices. Grill for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted. 

Sprinkle over parsley to serve.
