Chocolate & Peanut Butter Crispies

Serves 6-8

Time 5 minutes plus refrigerating for 2 hours

Ingredients

6 multigrain corn thins

⅓ cup honey

⅓ cup peanut butter – crunchy

1 cup chocolate chips – mix dark and normal

Crushed peanuts

Method

In a bowl crumble the corn thins with your fingers.

Combine with the honey and peanut butter and stir thoroughly to combine.

Ensure a tray is lined with baking paper and place the corn thin mixture in the dish. Melt the chocolate in a bowl and then spread over the corn thin mixture.

Sprinkle peanuts over. Place in the freezer for 2 hours until set.
