Chocolate Oat Hemp Balls

Serves 15-20

Time 20 minutes + 2 hours chilling

Ingredients

3 cups of quick oats

1 cup smooth peanut butter- not a natural one

½ cup mini chocolate chips

½ cup flaxseed ground

½ cup honey

1 heaped tbsp hemp seeds

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir them together to combine them all well. 

Place the bowl in the fridge for 2 hours so the mixture is chilled and easier to work with. 

With your hands roll the mixture into balls – you can use a small ice-cream scoop to help. 

Eat immediately or fridge for later.
