Cottage Cheese Snack

Serves 2-4

Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

1 small tub cottage cheese

1 small tub greek yoghurt

1 drizzle extra virgin olive oil

1 bunch fresh parsley

1 handful sesame seeds

1 garlic clove, microplaned

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

Sorghum Grain Thins or Corn Thins

Method

Mix together cottage cheese, greek yoghurt, parsley, garlic, sesame seeds and olive oil.

Season with salt and pepper. Combine.

Serve with Sorghum Grain Thins or Corn Thins
