Cream Cheese & Smoked Salmon Corn Thin

Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

3 tbsp cream cheese

1 tbsp chives, sliced

Pinch salt

1 slice smoked salmon (fridge)

1 baby cucumber

Wedge lemon, juice

1 stem parsley, leaves picked

Method

Stir the chives and salt through the cream cheese. 

Spread the chive cream cheese over the corn thin, top with cucumber slices, salmon, a squeeze of lemon juice and parsley.
