Grilled Plums, Burrata and Rocket

Serves 4

Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

6 plums, halved

1 ball burrata cheese

1 bag rocket

1 bunch basil

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp thick aged balsamic vinegar

¼ cup mixed seeds

Salt & pepper

Method

In a grill pan place plums fat side down until griddle marked.

Spread rocket and basil on a large serving plate and place the ball of burrata in the middle.

Place plums around burrata and sprinkle with seeds.

Drizzle with extra virgin olive and balsamic vinegar.

Season with salt & pepper to taste.
