Hemp, Oat & Hazelnut Bircher Muesli
Serves 2
Time 5 minutes plus overnight soaking
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup gut health hemp seed mix
1 cup milk
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
Zest and juice of ½ orange
2 prunes, chopped
Berries or fruit of your choice, to serve
Method
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and soak overnight.
In the morning, serve topped with fresh fruits.
