Hot Dog Puffs

Serves make 10-15 hot dog puffs

Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

10 baby hot dogs

1 sheet of puff pastry

2 egg yolks, beaten

1 tbsp sesame seeds

1 tbsp poppy seeds

Ketchup and mustard, for dipping

Method

Preheat the oven to 250°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Cut pastry into long strips. Wrap the hot dogs with pastry strips and place them on the baking tray. 

Brush the pastry with egg yolk, then sprinkle sesame seeds and poppy seeds on top.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. 

Serve with ketchup and mustard.
