Kefir Green Smoothie

Serves 1

Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup kefir 

¼ cucumber

1 banana

½ avocado

1 cup baby spinach

1 tbsp mint

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

4 ice cubes

1 tbsp hemp seed oil

½ cup almond milk 

 

Topping

Granola

Method

Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until everything is smooth and combined. 

Pour into a glass and top with granola to serve.
