Loaded BBMT Baguette

Serves 2

Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

1 foot-long bread roll

10 slices pepperoni

10 slices mortadella

10 slices salami

8 slices ham

8 slices bacon

2 burrata

6 slices provolone cheese

1 cup Romaine lettuce, or Iceberg, shredded & divided

½ red onions, thinly sliced 

60g pickled Jalapeno peppers

4 plum tomatoes, sliced

1 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp Djion mustard

30g butter, softened 

Method

Fry the bacon on a griddle pan until there are char marks on each side.

Slice open the bread roll and toast on the griddle pan. 

For the sauce, mix the Dijon mustard and mayo together. 

To assemble the roll, spread a generous amount of the sauce on each side, top one side with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, bacon, mortadella, salami, ham, pepperoni, provolone cheese (which you can pop under the grill or carefully use a blowtorch to melt it), then finish with the burrata and devour!
