Maple Vanilla Butter

Serves Makes 2 ½ cups

Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

500g butter, room temperature
¼ cup maple syrup
3 tbsp vanilla bean paste
1 cup icing sugar

Method

Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender and whip until combined.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
