Pita Pizza
Serves 4
Time 10 minutes
Ingredients
4 pita breads
200g BBQ sauce
150g mozzarella, ripped
50g cheddar, grated
80g pepperoni
100g champagne ham
50g pickled cucumber
25ml American mustard
1 tbsp crispy shallots
Method
Build your mini pizzas with your BBQ sauce, followed by your meat, then pickles and cheeses.
Bake under the grill for about 6-7 minutes at 180°C.
When they come out the oven, finish with the mustard first and crispy shallots.
