Prosciutto Panini Melt

Serves 1

Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

1 panini roll 

50g prosciutto

50g bocconcini 

1 tomato, sliced

Pinch salt

Pinch pepper

1 stem basil 

20g rocket

Method

Slice the panini roll in half lengthwise. Layer the roll of prosciutto, bocconcini, tomato, salt, pepper, basil and rocket.
Place on a hot grill pan or in a sandwich press, cook until the bread has toasted and the cheese has melted.
