Puff Pastry Baked Double Brie with Hot Honey & Rosemary

Serves 1-2

Time 30 minutes

Ingredients

1 double brie 

1 sprig rosemary

1 tbsp chilli honey 

10g truffle, sliced (optional)

1 x 20 cm square of puff pastry 

1 egg 

1 tsp milk

Salt & pepper

Method

Thinly slice your brie. Chop your rosemary. 

Lay out your puff pastry square. Add your first few slices of brie in a circle. Followed by honey, rosemary and truffle if using. 

Repeat this until you have used all the ingredients ensuring you finish with just cheese. 

Egg wash the puff pastry and bake at 200°C for about 20-25 minutes until the pastry is golden and crisp.
