Quadruple Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients

250g dark chocolate
250g salted butter, at room temperature
4 eggs
200g caster sugar
125g plain flour, sifted
50g cocoa powder
150g white chocolate pieces
150g milk chocolate pieces
1 cup chocolate balls or pieces, to put on top

Method

Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Melt dark chocolate and butter over a bain-marie.
Whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Fold melted butter and chocolate through the eggs and sugar. Use a rubber spatula to fold in flour and cocoa and stir until everything is combined.
Fold in white and milk chocolate pieces. Pour the brownie mixture into a lined tray. Add chocolate balls and/or pieces on top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool in the tray before slicing.
