Simple Nut Butter Cookies
Serves 4
Time 15 minutes
Ingredients
¾ cup golden sweetener
1 cup nut butter
1 large egg
Method
Preheat the oven to 180C.
In a medium bowl mix all ingredients and form them into balls.
Place on a lined baking tray and press down with a fork.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
