Sour Cream Mash
Serves 4-6 as a side
Time 25 minutes
Ingredients
500g potatoes
2L broth
2 tbsp butter
200ml sour cream
Salt & pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 bunch chives, chopped
Method
Boil potatoes in a pot of broth until tender. Drain the liquid.
Mash the potatoes with sour cream, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper until smooth and fluffy.
Serve with chopped chives.
