Sour Cream Vanilla and Maple Frosting

Serves 2 cups

Ingredients

500g unsalted butter, room temperature

½ cup maple syrup 

1 tbsp vanilla bean paste

150ml sour cream

3 cups icing sugar

Method

Place all of your ingredients in a food processor and blitz until combined and smooth.
