Soy Toasted Nuts & Pepitas

Serves 4

Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

30g raw almonds

30g raw cashews

30g macadamias

15g pepitas

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp gluten-free light soy sauce

½ tbsp honey

Method

Heat a non-stick frying pan and toast the nuts and seeds for a few minutes, taking care not to burn.

Meanwhile whisk together the oil, soy sauce and honey. Pour over the nuts and fry for another few minutes until reduced and sticky. Transfer to a bowl and allow to cool a little. Serve warm.
