Ingredients

3 sesame corn thins

185g canned tuna, drained 

¼ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup celery, finely chopped

Salt & pepper

Iceberg lettuce, leaves torn 

Parsley, finely chopped to serve

Method

Combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery, salt and pepper in a bowl to form a paste. Top the corn thins with a few slices of lettuce before spooning over the tuna. Top with parsley to serve.
