World’s Fastest Stir Fry
Serves 1
Time 5 minutes
Ingredients
1 tbsp coconut oil
¼ brown onion, sliced
½ red capsicum, sliced
¼ cup snow peas
¼ cup baby corn
½ carrots, peeled & sliced
¼ cup water chestnuts
¼ block tofu
2-3 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
Method
Add coconut oil to a hot pan. Add the vegetables to the pan and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the oyster sauce, stir through to coat all of the vegetables.
