Apple & Hemp Protein Balls

Serves 6

Time 15 minutes + chill time

Ingredients

1 large apple, grated

½ cups oats

½ cup almond meal

1 tbsp ground flaxseed

6 pitted dates 

½ cup raw almonds

2 scoops hemp protein powder

4 tbsps hemp nut butter 

1 tbsp honey

½ tsp ground cinnamon

¼ tsp nutmeg 

 

To serve (optional) 

Melted chocolate 

Hemp seeds

Method

Blitz all ingredients in a food processor.

Roll into balls and place in the fridge. 

If you want to decorate them, dip them into melted chocolate and roll in hemp seeds.
