Grilled Peaches with Granola & Yoghurt

Serves 1

Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

4 peaches, halved, pit removed

1 cup Greek yoghurt

Coconut and almond granola

Method

Cut the peaches in half (vertically).

Preheat a skillet (with ribbing) and place the peaches flesh side down and gently cook for 5-10 minutes and turn over when ready to ensure softened throughout.

To serve place the peach on a place, top with yoghurt and drizzle over granola.
