Ingredients

3 slices sourdough 

3 tbsp tomato passata 

100g double smoked leg ham 

3 slices tinned pineapple 

¼ cup grated cheese

Method

Preheat the grill to 180C. 

Place the sourdough on your baking tray. Spread tomato passata over the bread. Divide ham amongst the bread, top with pineapple slices and grated cheese. 

Grill for 4-5 minutes or until the ingredients have warmed through and the cheese has melted.
