Hummus made with Avocado Oil
Serves 4
Time 20 minutes
Ingredients
1 can chickpeas rinsed and drained
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup tahini
1 small garlic clove
2 tbsp Grove avocado oil
½ teaspoon ground cumin
Pinch of smoked paprika
2 medium-sized carrots, chopped into sticks
Method
In a food processor place the tahini, lemon juice and process for 1 minute.
Add avocado oil, garlic, cumin, paprika and blitz again for 30 seconds.
Then add chickpeas and process for 1 minute until smooth.
Add water as required to reach the right consistency.
Serve with carrot sticks to serve.
