Protein Powder Brownie

Time 1 hour 15 minutes

Ingredients

¾ cup nut butter, beaten

½ cup natural sweetener

1½ cup ripe banana, mashed  

1 pinch salt

⅓ cup of cocoa powder

1 cup chocolate hemp protein powder

½ cup chocolate chips

Method

Preheat the oven to 200C.

Grease a square pan using cooking spray. Add parchment paper to the bottom of the pan.

In a bowl mix nut butter, brown sugar, and ripe banana. 

Add all other ingredients and mix them together. Stir through chocolate chips.

Pour into a tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour. 

Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly in the tray. Dust with icing powder to serve.
