Sugar Free Maple Overnight Oats

Serves 2

Time 10 minutes + overnight setting

Ingredients

1 cup oats
2 cups oat milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
2 tbsp walnuts
½ cup blueberries
½ tsp salt

Method

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, cover and place in the fridge overnight.
Serve the next morning with an extra drizzle of maple syrup.
