Tahini, Maple & Date Butter

Serves makes 500g butter

Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

100g tahini 

75ml milk

125g dates, chopped

75ml maple syrup 

500g unsalted butter, softened 

Pinch salt, to taste

Warm pitas, to serve 

Method

Boil your milk and add your dates to soften and infuse. Cook on a low heat for about 5 minutes.

Add straight to a blender with your tahini, maple syrup and softened butter and blitz until smooth. Season to taste with salt.

Serve with some warm pitas.
